Shipping Your Orders:
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED NEXT DAY AIR WHERE POSSIBLE FOR FREE! DUE to Covid 19, Boss Man BBQ will not be responsible for any delay to shipments. We will do our utmost to keep you the customer updated about your shipments.
Depending on the climate conditions in your area your meats could arrive frozen, partially frozen or thawed (refrigerator cold). All orders are vacuumed sealed to insure freshness. Also all shipments will be packed in a styrofoam cooler and come with ice packs or dry ice.
***WARNING*** NEVER TOUCH DRY ICE WITH YOUR BARE HANDS!!! ALWAYS USE GLOVES!
If you ready to have your ribs, chicken or brisket for dinner the day you receive your order. Make sure you allow the meats to completely thaw in the refrigerator before reheating them.
If your shipment arrives frozen still and you want to cook at a later date. You can just stick it in your freezer until your ready to cook. When ready let your meats thaw in the refrigerator before reheating.
WARMING YOUR BBQ:
We suggest you reheat your Boss Man BBQ in the oven. All ovens and temps are different. We suggest you use a lower temp then your normal cooking temps, simply because you are warming your food not trying to cook it. Then allow it to warm for 12-15 mins. Want it hotter leave it in longer. Be careful of the sliced brisket it can warm up in 5-7 mins.

We do not accept any physical returns due to the perishable nature of our products.
